due to lots of rain, lots of standing water in alley & there is an odor and water will be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. what is being done to allow water to drain into sewer?

Can anything be done about this? There is a grassy area between the garages on Kenwood and Janet Place that floods when we have a lot of rain. It has gradually gotten worse over the years and sometimes the water is almost up to my garage door.

Water doesn’t even go down alley. Why dont u send some one to see when it’s raining Not on a nice. Sunny day.

Can someone please take a look at the alley behind our house. There is no drains back there and this happens all year round. It floods and floods my driveway in the back. The businesses have their drain spouts going into the alley with no drain. They put drains farther down the block in the alley but not here. I have reported this before but nothing was done. I really would appreciate someone taking a look at this to see if a drain can be put in the alley. Or if anything else could be done. Thank you!

Please have this resolved as soon as possible as this has been reported by many neighbors and we are being redirected to call and it goes to voicemail redirect this to correct department also

Alley Pavement/asphalt in need of repair

Alley full of water 2 weeks & does not drain; notice water cap loose @ west end of alley near 1616 173rd st. Standing water attracts rodents , snakes & insects. Drove pass several alleys in area from white oak to 175th st & no water in alleys. Please check sewer & correct. Although it rain, water should dissipate after awhile. Thanks!

The side of my garage floods when it rains due to the elevated alley. In October 2019 I reported this issue and the city acknowledged it.
I am requesting a french drain be installed behind my garage to channel the water to my backyard and not the side of my garage. I have dug the channel and I am asking for the city to step up and help fix this issue.
I had a contractor install gutters to see if that would help but it doesnt. The water is runoff from the alley and pools on the side of my garage.

Coldasack alley has broken concrete in several places, in turn, water doesn't drain properly, leaving standing water. There is also broken concrete after the garage apron, creating unlevel ground for parking area.
