City of Hammond PLUS

Garage door broke and wide open .Safety hazard for those that use there garages in alley as someone can hide in their or kids can set it on fire. Door need to be repaired and fixed and a whole bunch of junk on side of garage.

Rental and grass is overgrown.

7448 Arizona Ave these people that live in this house need to clean all the weeds up on on the south side of house and back yard . They need to paint there fence alley way and north and south side . Alley way is a mess old tree limbs old tires . A big mess . This neighborhood could look like St John if we can get these people to care for there property. Please get these people to clean up. Illegal apartment is being built in the basement. Building materials are going in after dark so no one notices.

They have multiple cars with Illinois plates. They have over 15 cars nowhere for other residents to park on the street. Most cars are in the driveway the rest is parked on the street This is getting out of hand..This is a 3 bedroom house they have over 20 people living in this home

they can't help but park there, it is very dangerous to pull out of the alley onto 169th

Hammond Truck Parking is drawing all the semis down Michigan St. from Calumet to Indy. I spoke with a HPD officer today about the trucks (he said he ticketed 3 so far today) and I mentioned this business but he said they can't do anything because it's in EC. This is incorrect. The south side of Michigan to the east of the curve is in Hammond. You can tell by the signage. (Michigan is Hammond, Carrol is EC.) How is this nuisance business operating in the city on a non-truck route?
