The sidewalk front of my is flooding and I’m nervous it will backup into my basement, is it possible to put a drain to stop the flooding

A small kid riding his bike literally just tripped over this and fell down yesterday 5/19/2024. This tripping hazard was reported 3 years ago. Last year someone came and cut limbs off the tree that is messing up the sidewalk, but that is it. This is RIGHT by morten elementary and every day kids are walking to and from school..it's a serious issue.

my mother has tripped and hurt herself pretty bad from the damaged side walk. I'm hoping someone can come out to fix this soon! thank you!

Sidewalk and alley are damaged/have holes.

Sidewalk- Tree roots pushing up sidewalk. Uneven/tripping hazard. An elderly resident has already fallen.

I was walking down the sidewalk where I tripped on the higher end of the sidewalk and fell. I bruised both of my knees.

This section leading up to the curb is unsafe, especially for my elderly father who now lives with us.

Cracked paviment needs to be repaved, children have tripped and fallin.
