    My real issue is this overgrown tree needs to be topped off. It is now over my house. Also the sidewalk buckling worsens every year. Tree really needs to be trimmed or removed.

    A tree was recently removed by the city because it was raising the sidewalk. While the stump was being removed, the bobcat they used raised the sidewalk more than before. This is a trip hazard for people walking on the sidewalk. Someone can get injured.
