Lots of trash in the alley way. Lazy people. Can city grind down years old tree stump ?

Vines growing into roof structure and onto shingles. Expired plate 2021 June.

When property manager was out to check on fence violation, he stated that "That tree back there bothers me, growing up thru electric lines." Sure enough, power was knocked out for 12 hours overnight. Nipsco cut limbs this A.M, but tree grows about 6 feet a year. Limbs were only cut back enough to clear the line and will be growing back up by fall. Huge piles of limbs left behind in alley. If owner had acted a week or 2 ago, this would not have happened.

I tagged the cars on the street and the neighbor complains that there’s 4-5 cars in the yard and unmowed grass. She has a tree that has also fallen on the neighbors fence.
