This dumpster has been parked on the street for over a week with little activity to justify the time it has been there Let's get this thing removed as it’s unsightly and in the way

This yacht (yes a full size yacht in a tiny back yard) been in the back yard like 15 years. The mast kinda of goes over the fence. Eye score.

We complained many many times over the years. Even Google earth from June 2024 shows it . If it was tiny row boat or canoe we wouldn't mind. We have boat storage places around town. Most privately owned yachts fall in the 35 to 70-foot range

§ 99.34 BOATING; REPAIRING OR STORING BOATS.
(C) No boat or vessel shall be laid up, stored, repaired or placed for any other purpose on park land, except by permit.

Bene parking / storing / using a delivery truck.

The property has a severe hoarding issue with excessive trash and debris scattered throughout the front yard. Large piles of garbage, household items, and other refuse are visible and covering the lawn area. Multiple vans on the property are also surrounded by and covered with trash, contributing to the unsanitary and unsafe conditions. The accumulation of debris appears to have been ongoing and is not being addressed by the property owner.
Concerns:
Public health hazard due to potential rodent and insect infestation.
Strong likelihood of foul odors affecting neighbors.
Safety hazard, as emergency personnel may not be able to access the property in case of an emergency.
Negative impact on neighborhood appearance and property values.
Request:
I am requesting an inspection of this property for code violations and appropriate enforcement action to ensure the trash and debris are removed promptly. Thank you.

3rd car this year. Same landloard as 228 165 which is also selling cars on weekends again. This car was a totaled crashed auction car.

Curbstoning is the illegal, unlicensed resale of used vehicles for profit. It involves individuals buying cars with the intent of selling them quickly for a profit, often without paying taxes, having a business license, or complying with consumer protections

This house is a nuisance Garbage and storage all over front yard, porch and large amount on side of the house has multiple vehicles including a couple black minivans that never move taking up a lot of parking on street and the one parked in driveway is leaking fluids .

This needs to be removed asap. Who ever cut down the branches just left it there and that's not a trash spot. Now it's flying around and getting in the way
