  • E 173rd St & Lyman Ave Hammond, IN, 46324, USA - Hammond
Need a street light or 2 at the intersection of 173rd & Lyman. There are a bunch of central high school students that gather there every morning and it is dangerously dark. There is standard traffic, but also south shore construction crews driving in and out of that construction zone. We recently had a Morton student hit by a car in the morning, suffering traumatic injury. If we can do our part to install an ounce of prevention to possibly avoid a pound of regret I think it is prudent!
