Grass needs mowed, several bags of mulch/rocks have been on sidewalk for 2 years. It's time to clean up.

4208 WABASH BACK YARD IS GETTING OVERGROWN AND NEEDS TO BE CUT

Vacant lot in need of a fence or barrier from alley to parking lot. Cars drive through as a short cut and it is killing grass and making area look very run down. All types of vehicles drive through field Nipsco, Sheriffs dept as well as regular citizens. Parking mounds would make this impossible and give the land a chance to restore itself.

SAME AS LAST YEAR AGAIN AND AGAIN 3813 SHEFFIELD OVER GROWN WEEDS AT THIS PROPERTY NEED TO BE CUT

Property has overgrown grass, weeds, and shrubs in the front yard. They did not cut their grass in the entirety of last year and has not been cut so far this year either
