City of Hammond PLUS

The sidewalk in front of my home has been a problem for awhile. The broken concrete is no longer safe. It needs to be repaired. How do I make that happen?

The strip directly in front of our house is cracked and uneven, making it a tripping hazard and a slipping hazard in the winter as it collects water and ice in the crevasses.

Sidewalks are all pushed up and crooked because of trees that have already been removed. Water collects and freezes during the winter causing people to fall. Raised areas are also a tripping hazzard.

Cracked paviment needs to be repaved, children have tripped and fallin.

This section leading up to the curb is unsafe, especially for my elderly father who now lives with us.

The sidewalk is sinking and creates standing water hazard. During below freezing temperatures the water freezes creating a pedestrian slip hazard. Two slabs are also broke/cracked causing uneven sidewalks.
