City of Hammond PLUS

Neighbor renter brought his 3/4 semi work truck on the driveway and tore down our overhead cable/internet line.
Also, you have two cars with Illinois plates that have not been registered in Indiana. This was the subject of another complaint that is over 300 days old.
Lastly, this house has two non-running, oil-leaking junk cars that are leaking oil onto their driveway and running into my yard.
These issues have been reported multiple times and still have not been resolved.

This house is a nuisance Garbage and storage all over front yard, porch and large amount on side of the house has multiple vehicles including a couple black minivans that never move taking up a lot of parking on street and the one parked in driveway is leaking fluids .

Trees are blocking the walkway. They need to be trimmed to allow pedestrians to traverse the sidewalk safely. Thank you!

There is limestone dumped all over the the alleyway on the roadway and it's getting all over the neighborhood cars are dragging it through it's getting in driveways it's getting stuck in tires..
The company who built this substation back here with this big tower dumped it all over the alleyway and they've never cleaned it up.. Please take care of this problem the entire neighborhood has had enough of it

weeds getting taller in the alley along fence line. I am unsure if homeowner knows he is responsible for alley.

Why does it look so bad between Bauer and May Street?

Hammond Truck Parking is drawing all the semis down Michigan St. from Calumet to Indy. I spoke with a HPD officer today about the trucks (he said he ticketed 3 so far today) and I mentioned this business but he said they can't do anything because it's in EC. This is incorrect. The south side of Michigan to the east of the curve is in Hammond. You can tell by the signage. (Michigan is Hammond, Carrol is EC.) How is this nuisance business operating in the city on a non-truck route?
