    Presence of an illegal car repair shop operating between Harrison Avenue and Detroit Street. This unauthorized business runs between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM and is causing several issues in our neighborhood:

    1. Garbage and Oil Stains: The shop leaves behind waste and oil stains on the street, posing both an environmental and safety hazard.
    2. Sidewalk Obstruction: The mechanics are using the sidewalk to repair cars, obstructing pedestrians. This is particularly concerning for high school students who frequently pass through the area.

    I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this issue and restore the safety and cleanliness of our community.
