The street drain in the mid portion on Woodlawn is not at the lowest part of the street and so the street floods every rainstorm. A citizen clears out the nearest drain every rain but because it's higher than the lowest point it only goes so far. There is curb erosion from water damage from pooled water. A drain should be placed at the lowest spot.

The curb leading up to the driveway has completely decayed causing all cars to bottom out when attempting to enter the driveway and massive flooding on the road. These pools of water are deep and make it impossible to safely bike, splash pedestrians on the sidewalk when cars drive by, and in winter this area freezes and becomes very dangerous.

At 260 East Ave,, corner of Carrigan Drive, there is a perennial puddle, inches deep. There are several more further north on East Ave. They will be freezing over soon, and they will be very slippery. This has been happening every year since I moved into Cohousing 15 years ago. The sidewalk is old and uneven, but that is not the problem in most spots. The lawn on one side and the greenbelt on the other are so high that there is nowhere for the water to go. In the summer it eventually drains into the soil, but now the ground is frozen. People walk in the snow over the grass to avoid the water or ice, depending.
At least in some places the problem could be solved immediately, and at little cost, if a channel were cut between the sidewalk and the street--a simple trench dug with a shovel--so the water could drain out.

This area has needed attention for over a decade. The large low spot needs to be filled in, or the hump next to the storm drain ground down to allow it to drain. It attracts trash and gets really gross in warmer months and freezes and creates a hazard in the winter.

There is a puddle that has formed at the end of his driveway in the street and would like it taken care of before winter so it doesn't freeze. Been happening for about a year now. I believe it was after road was paved

Recent City work has not yet regained full functionality in the water systems, quality, and sewer integrity in the corner of this community. The line(s) may need periodic clearing and flushing - some evidence that city sewer line is backing up into private property and causing damages, as it has in the past, particularly in light of recent work and flooding. Manhole cover removal and vacuum of lines connected to the propert(ies) has helped in the past. Concerns about continuing damage to resident quality of life, property, health.
