    Huge deep puddle forms here every time it rains or snows. Puddle sometimes lasts for weeks. I have been diligent about uncovering storm drains, but it doesn't seem to help. This is the intersection of Flynn and Foster.

    Encampment at end of snow dump road has grown. If we are permitting this, there should be dumpsters, portalets, needle receptacles. Otherwise, we are faced with an unsanitary, dangerous area near our beloved lake.

    The tents are tucked away in the shrubs which border 174–1 76 Maple St. and 194 Maple Street. I would ask for them to be removed.

    SECOND REPORT - NOT ADDRESSED ON FRIDAY - there is a group of homeless/drug users using the alcove of the empty State Office Building on Pearl Street as their new home. They were there all of last week. On Friday they were seen shooting up with drugs so I reported it here and it was "taken care of" by referring to BPD. They are still there with even more "stuff" in the alcove now. This is not OK!!!! This is directly across from the Federal Courthouse and Post Office and should be removed TODAY.
