Crossing signs at this busy intersection of college Street and route seven. It would make it much safer. There are children walking to school, college students, residence that would benefit from this. -

It needs to be mounted away from the path at least 10 feet. It's a collision waiting to happen. -

Traffic/Street Signs: Report ProblemReconocidoManhattan Dr Burlington, Vermont, 05401 - Burlington ElectricThere needs to be better signage at the intersection of Spring Street and Manhattan Drive so that pedestrians are actually SAFE when walking in the crosswalks. This morning my children and I were crossing the street in the crosswalk to go to school and a car drove right through the crosswalk and almost hit us. I live on Manhattan Dr and this happens VERY often. Cars DO NOT stop or look. It's a VERY dangerous intersection in a school zone and nothing is done to improve it. There needs to be a crossing guard or a flashing light. Is it going to take a child getting hit by a car for you to do anything??

Traffic/Street Signs: Report ProblemReconocido162-266 Austin Dr Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington ElectricWith the new entrance to the bikepath on Austin Drive we have noticed a lot more use of the path by bikers/pedestrians, etc. It would be VERY helpful to have a flashing crosswalk signal that users can activate to alert drivers to crossing. The crosswalk is on a blind curve if coming East on Austin drive out of S. Cove and it is extremely hard to see users of the crosswalk from that direction until you are in the intersection. This is dangers for little kids and young riders especially, but true for all riders/walkers. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
