Please remove it, and replant now damaged grass etc.

    There was a watermain break a few months ago and the pavement patch has a huge divot so whenever trucks and trailers drive over it there is a shattering glass noise and my house shakes. Workers cut slits into the pavement and said they were repaving, then never came back.
