    Person or persons living in a makeshift stone hut on the bank of Englesby Book in the brushadjacent to the southern end of Blanchard Beach Trash ,debris ,and fires at the structure are accumulating

    The structure was built by homeless people last year and was supposed to have been demolished quite some time ago...

Large collection of trash bags, mattresses, and assorted junk covering a wide swath of land. A homeless encampment, now vacated, is a total MESS. How do we get it cleaned up? There are actually two vacated encampments right near each other.
