  • North Ave & Shore Rd Burlington, VT, 05408, USA - Burlington Electric
A left turn arrow is needed in order to turn left onto Shore Rd from North Ave. This morning I had to sit through three light cycles in order to safely turn left onto Shore. Multiple vehicles are running the red light going straight on North Ave, including the city bus.

Please fix the signal light at this intersection - someone is going to get killed. I have had to run under yellow so I can make a turn onto Shore Road. Again a P Poor design - between the crossing guard pressing the button and vehicles going straight we cannot make a left hand turn. There needs to be an advance arrow for left hand turn to shore road. 11 weeks ago - the City advised that this was "fixed" well its not. Please fix it before we lose another life unnecessarily. It can't be that hard.
  • 250-264 Flynn Ave Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The exit from the parking lot at 208 Flynn Avenue is directly adjacent to the new traffic light for the connector. When the light is red on Flynn Avenue, traffic backs up at the light and people exiting the parking lot are unable to turn left onto Flynn. This can take multiple light cycles at peak traffic times. This intersection should be studied to determine how to fix this issue. There are alot of people that work at the businesses at 208 Flynn Avenue, as well as a daycare, so this affects a great number of people at peak traffic times.
  • 2-48 Shore Rd Burlington, VT, 05408, USA - Burlington Electric
The settings on Pedestrian crossing signals need to be fixed. Sometimes but not always it goes from a white walk signal to a red palm with zero seconds left. That means I’m stuck in the middle of a crosswalk being told I’m not allowed to cross after I was told it is safe to cross.
This is a dangerous intersection for pedestrians cars making a left-hand turn from North Avenue will usually not stop for pedestrians and there’s been a number of times I’ve almost been hit. When the signal is up. They’re yelling at me saying I shouldn’t be crossing and this might be why. Something is very wrong with his intersection and it needs to be fixed before there’s a serious accident or someone gets killed. This is an especially important now. that there is an elementary school temporarily at Saint Marks.

  • 475 Colchester Ave Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
when coming over the Winooski bridge, the traffic light for the left turn by the Dominos is out.
  • 284-310 Shelburne St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The northbound signal at the Shelburne Rd. and Prospect intersection turns red, intermittently, even though there's no southbound traffic. It might be a legacy issue from when the roundabout was being constructed? Anyway, I often see the northbound traffic stopped when there's no traffic the other way. Thanks.
  • 365 Riverside Ave Burlington, Vermont, 05401 - Burlington Electric
    Crosswalk signal does not work
  • Flynn Ave & Pine St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
Regarding the intersection of Pine and Flynn, moving northwards. If there is a car waiting to turn left onto Flynn Ave from Pine St, it often will take more than one light cycle for traffic to move at all. A left turn signal or even not allowing left turns there might be helpful to keep traffic moving.
  • 80 S Willard St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
I know many Elementary and Middle School students walk to/from school down Willard St. There is no walk/don't walk signal and there is no crossing guard at this intersection. Can a signal be added?
  • 192 S Union St Burlington VT 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
Please add a flashing crosswalk signal and repaint the crosswalk lines on the pavement This crosswalk at the intersection of King Street and South Union is very busy and .Kids leaving Edmunds school complex arein danger.
  • Riverside Ave & Bright St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The crosswalk should have the flashing yellow light systems installed so pedestrians activate the lights and cross safely. There are a number of children/youths who ride the bus and cross Riverside Ave (at the cross walk at Bright Street), but there is no stop sign for vehicle traffic. There are pedestrian signs, but the roadway is congested with parked cars, bus traffic and dangerous for those trying to cross at busy times of day. The city has put these flashing lights in places with adult pedestrians - Pine Street, East Ave, & Pearl Street. This family complex on Riverside Ave needs the same safety!
