this hydrant is where Ledge comes in to S. Prospect. The stick that helps one find the hydrant even in deep snow is snapped off.

Am I my family and the numerous college students on my street save from a break in the walls of the reservoir causing a huge spillage of water on our properties

On sewage treatment office/meeting room facility on the bike path - brick facing is torn off and graffiti damaging building - lots of people walking by seeing the vandalism.
