Please include Cliff St in your inspections. Both upper Cliff and lower Cliff are in bad shape. Lower seems to be cracked badly by runoff.

The area is so large, cars have to move into the oncoming lane to avoid the holes. I believe a simple patch will not do. The pavement there is so bad it needs to be dug up and repaved.

It looks like the ground was not compressed enough under the pavement. I have mentioned this before but never heard a word.Home Ave is really in great shape except for this maybe 30 ft. Can you look at it.

Kids walking on either sidewalk get soaked any time a car drives by. Either drainage needs a fix, or there needs to be repaving... probably both.

The situation is made more complicated because there is a bus stop immediately before the stop sign.
