    Large puddle on Overlake Park. The street needs to be repaved anyway (due to unrelated work with underground pipes on the street), and hopefully a drain can be added at the bend in the street to address this longstanding issue.

    Many times a day cars try to pull into this driveway and end up damaged. This is on a daily occurrence. It just happened now while I’m writing this letter. Ouch. Can you please help us level and fix the driveway entrance? I can’t put anymore insurance claims on my car and I’m sure other people are having the same trouble.

    I hit a pothole in front of the Hilton on the waterfront. This pothole has an exposed open pipe top in the middle of it, and the impact ripped my car tire and damaged my rim. I need to now replace the tire as well as the other forn tire (which I just replaced three months ago). Is there any way to get reimbursed from BTV for the cost of the ripped tire?

    I appreciate that DPW has done a few patches on the road surface below the railroad tracks, but it still really sucks and is dangerous to ride my bike on this stretch (as I do almost daily), especially when there are also cars coming through (or when there is uneven ice on top of the potholes). I see that this is not listed on the Construction Portal for repaving this year. Please reconsider that and do a thorough repaving of this section, plus the section in front of the Innovation Center driveway. I know that there is some sort of seepage issue that complicates things here, and if you could resolve that also it would be great, but if you can't right now, don't let that stop you from doing the repaving. I and all other cyclists (and drivers) who travel this road will thank you.
