Bricks missing, tripping hazard

Always several inches of water throughout several sections of sidewalk. Unpassable. We've pointed it out for years, but it is still a major problem.
Please help.

Worried about sidewalk plows hitting this when heading south. Or someone tripping

Wheelchair user can not pass from 288 Flynn Ave to City Market. This is a serious accessibility issue. Please see ADA and provide an accessible solution.

Our sidewalks are so broken and uneven at this point from the city not fixing them for so many years that there are 8 inch deep puddles everywhere in our neighborhoo.n we shouldn’t have to put waders on to acces residential she sidewalks that the city is supposed to be maintainin WTF Burlington.

There are 2 panels of sidewalks raised about 4 inches dues to tree roots, would like to see sidewalk fixed afraid someone could get hurt

Two nights ago it was raining heavily. As I left work that night I had a terrible slip on the large grate in the sidewalk in front of American flatbread/ at the entrance to Lawson’s way. I was wearing boots but slipped as if the grate were covered in ice or oil. As a result I broke the wrist on the arm I used to catch myself. Is it possible that some kind of textural paint or grip tape can be added here to prevent future falls? The grate takes up more than half the sidewalk.
