The walk signal button is broken at the NE corner of the intersection

Please fix the signal light at this intersection - someone is going to get killed. I have had to run under yellow so I can make a turn onto Shore Road. Again a P Poor design - between the crossing guard pressing the button and vehicles going straight we cannot make a left hand turn. There needs to be an advance arrow for left hand turn to shore road. 11 weeks ago - the City advised that this was "fixed" well its not. Please fix it before we lose another life unnecessarily. It can't be that hard.

Traffic light at North Ave and Heinberg stays green onnNorth for no more than 10 seconds. Causing traffic backup and increased traffic on local roads.

Traffic has been consistently backed up most of 189 yesterday, today, and most of last week in the mornings (I've also heard midday yesterday) The traffic going left on Shelburne rd is so bad it's unrecognizable I think the lights must be mistimed as this wasn't an issue 2 weeks ago Yesterday and Friday I spent 10+ min at a near standstill on 189 trying to exit onto Shelburne Rd

Traffic Signal turned and needs to be straightened - south east corner

*Signals are working fine* I just noticed that the camera appears to have come loose and is tipping over.

Coming off from PRospect Parkway the green light does not seem to be working. Waited for several cycles and finally made her left with no green light

Intersection at North Prospect and Brookes Ave is missing crosswalk markings and signs on North Prospect St. Please add appropriate crosswalk infrastructure.

There needs to be better signage at the intersection of Spring Street and Manhattan Drive so that pedestrians are actually SAFE when walking in the crosswalks. This morning my children and I were crossing the street in the crosswalk to go to school and a car drove right through the crosswalk and almost hit us. I live on Manhattan Dr and this happens VERY often. Cars DO NOT stop or look. It's a VERY dangerous intersection in a school zone and nothing is done to improve it. There needs to be a crossing guard or a flashing light. Is it going to take a child getting hit by a car for you to do anything??

Please add crosswalk signs to both sides of the street in both directions. This street has high volumes of traffic. Often with traffic backed up across the crosswalk. Better visual signage for crosswalk is appropriate.
