    People are dumping yard waste and food scraps in the park. There are several areas along Ethan Allen Parkway where there are little paths into the park (across from Lopes there’s one and another just a short distance towards Sandy Lane) and folks are walking into the park on those little trails and dumping their yard waste and dumping food scraps. They treat the park as if it’s their personal compost pile.
