The pedestrian pathway between James Ave and the Miller Center is in very poor condition. This is a high use pathway and an excellent alternative to Ethan Allen Parkway. This is also the best way to North Ave shopping center for everyone in the James Ave/Ethan Allen neighborhood. It is at best a mud single track and at worst impassable pond. It is not maintained in the winter, even though the side walk access at both ends is. Biking on the path is challenging due to the mud track and biking just exacerbates the poor condition of the path. Improvement here would also be a large improvement to Schifilliti Park in general. There is a dilapidated chain-link fence along the path with unclear or unknown purpose. Could the fence be removed and the pathway rebuilt with gravel or pavement?

one way street ( southbound only) still being used both ways , dangerously I might add. some are even riding north on the right side making them completely blind to anyone exiting their property LEGALLY.
Now that North Union is split in half for them, how about some signage and enforcement on North Winooski ave before someone gets struck. loco motion has divided this city.

There are no permits on file with the city and the driveway is being expanded on both sides, to the extent that the width will be around double what it is now.

blocked drain or other cause of street flooding on Robinson Parkway near 125 Robinson Parkway, covering the entire street. Drain appears not to be working. Water is rising, and moving up the driveway to my home 125 robinson parkway.

likely lead paint is deteriorated and chipping on the back of City Hall I'm the park, low to the ground where young kids play on the stairs. please safely remediate this public safety hazard.

Once again, loud motorized vehicle racing in and out of encampment in snow dump area. The vehicle must end up on the bike path which is a danger to those who might want to enjoy the bike path. I have no photo because I wouldn't dare approach these people.

Spent fireworks and other incendiary devices on Blanchard Beach, where children are playing now. Also some on the green above the beach. I've been picking them up and throwing them out. People were setting off fireworks in Oak Ridge Park and the beach all night last night. Why is nobody policing this?!?!

The grass/weed/overgrowth on the bike path, particularly between Shore Road and Starr Farms Road, needs some attention. There is a lot of tree debris and the grass sorely needs cut. If possible, please cut the grass short so those of us who pick up after our dogs can get it all cleaned up. I thank you for reviewing this request.

The pavement on the bike path is totally ripped up, seemingly from winter plowing, with debris scattered well behind the nasty hole.

Can you please let me know when the tennis nets at Leddy and other Burlington parks will be taken down for the winter?
