Trash placed in middle of sidewalk outside of 286 S Winooski, blocking entire sidewalk

People keep leaving their unwanted junk by the crosswalk/utility box here. Can we get "no dumping" signage or some other deterrent?

Tents, trash, junk: a growing encampment in the snow dump area. A total mess.

Lots of loose trash, and some bagged trash, in the woods off the east side of the new Champlain Parkway, about 100 yards north of where that street intersects with Flynn Avenue. (Across the parkway from the newly built lagoon).

I don't know if it is pubic or private property.

Minimal improvement since last report almost 3 months ago. It looks like the owner called to have the dumpster emptied, but trash continues to accumulate on the porches. There has been no fencing put up to secure the property as was suggested by the town. I personally mowed the front lawn because the grass was growing over the sidewalk and collecting free blowing trash.
