Large amount of trash left around Jersey barriers.

Two women + others were dumping out a string of up to 5 recycling bins onto the green space and were sorting through them. I was driving by and could not stop in traffic but it looked like they were just leaving them dumped on the grass. The location was on North Avenue in the Old North End closer to the police station. My concern is they are just going to keep dumping them as they go and if the wind picks up it is going to be a mess. We have been having issues with the housing challenged going through our bins on private property at City Bluffs and my concern is we are going to find ours dumped out tomorrow. My apologies for not being able to give a complete description or photo as I was in traffic and could not pull over.

Looks like perhaps a car was broken into/tossed. A motor oil bottle, a small safe that looks to be priced open, food and drink containers, etc.

Tons of stuff that is s hurting the nature of- plants and animals in our community. We care deeply about humans as well. Both can be true and exist together, but we can't trash our animals habitat like that. Not sure which is public or private, but it's a wetlands corridor that is getting polluted. It's not okay.

I didn't have green up day bags, but I cleaned up a downhill camp and piled up all the trash along Depot st (approx halfway along the street).
