Multiple incidents of verbal harassment on Church street and near construction sites along main street

There is human waste piling up at the base of the tree between seabags and bertha church

Illegal camping- multiple men camping in the doorways of businesses

Known female screaming all night, blocking pedestrians and traffic - no one from Howard Center available. Please get her some assistance she deserves- away from the downtown. People that aren’t aware of her situation could cause her harm when she screams in their face-

Awful graffiti

someone knocked over the recycling can infront of insomnia cookies in a fit of violence. Also grafiti on the trash can next to it. Also another can down on bank street not far from this, that someone else reported.

Garbage can down

trash can damaged and knocked violently into the road by someone having some issues with self control, on chery street. Also a trash can knocked over on bank street, and infront of insomia cookies reported seperatley. Probably more around the area I didn't see.

Bench is missing a bolt or two, needs to be secured.

Lots of trash and today open drug use in the entrance to the old Phoenix Books location. This really needs to be walled off as it’s becoming and everyday thing.
