Large amount of trash left around Jersey barriers.

Two women + others were dumping out a string of up to 5 recycling bins onto the green space and were sorting through them. I was driving by and could not stop in traffic but it looked like they were just leaving them dumped on the grass. The location was on North Avenue in the Old North End closer to the police station. My concern is they are just going to keep dumping them as they go and if the wind picks up it is going to be a mess. We have been having issues with the housing challenged going through our bins on private property at City Bluffs and my concern is we are going to find ours dumped out tomorrow. My apologies for not being able to give a complete description or photo as I was in traffic and could not pull over.

Private dumpster broken into and graffitti'ed. Trash spread all around it as well.

Trash, including cat litter on the green belt in front of 207 South Union St. This isn't the first time the tenant has placed trash there. Please have Bissonette Properties educate their tenants. Thank you

Couch left on green space

Someone, likely college student tenants nearby, dumped a trashed loveseat on my lawn in the middle of the night. I reported the illegal dumping to the police. What are my options for having the furniture hauled away?
