Noticed the retaining wall that is just north of Killarney beach has water pouring through it -- beneath and around the storm drain, but nothing flowing through the large storm drain. Would like someone to check.

Hello! After the street was replaced last summer, the section directly in front of our house no longer drains - whenever it rains (or snows, in this case), deep water collects and sits for quite a while. This is problematic when trying to get into cars parked on the street, or when freezing.

Rapid Flashing Beacon Crosswalk pools with several inches of water whenever it rains. People using the crosswalk need to step in big puddle to press crosswalk button.

Water is curbing when it rains, including today (9/4). Pedestrians get splashed on by cars and there are deep puddles as a result.

This is a common problem during winter or anytime it rains and is a hazard. The water pools at the corner of the street as there is no run-off drainage and there needs to be.

For many years there has been a large puddle, after any rainstorm from the curb to the middle of the road and the length is from the driveway to the neighbors at 107 Woodbury Rd driveway. In the winter it has frozen a visiting car in, as it is up passed tires, where they cannot be moved.

Since 2006 or beyond the city sewer pipe backs up and overflows into my basement at 201 N. Willard. Yes, we have a backflow check valve and have our line cleaned by BP septic or P and P twice a year. I would love a permanent solution.

The curb leading up to the driveway has completely decayed causing all cars to bottom out when attempting to enter the driveway and massive flooding on the road. These pools of water are deep and make it impossible to safely bike, splash pedestrians on the sidewalk when cars drive by, and in winter this area freezes and becomes very dangerous.

The street drain in the mid portion on Woodlawn is not at the lowest part of the street and so the street floods every rainstorm. A citizen clears out the nearest drain every rain but because it's higher than the lowest point it only goes so far. There is curb erosion from water damage from pooled water. A drain should be placed at the lowest spot.

There is a puddle that has formed at the end of his driveway in the street and would like it taken care of before winter so it doesn't freeze. Been happening for about a year now. I believe it was after road was paved

Customer concerned as when there’s a rain event the excessive storm water buildup is always splashed into the front yard.
