Wondering g if you could help us level out and fill this area It constantly fills up with rain water and the puddle lasts for days after each rainfall

This drain needs help.

Water has been pooling here since the first day the street was resurfaced, a couple years ago now. Builds up fast, even in a smaller rainstorm. I reported it then, as it should have been the responsibility of the contractor, but nothing happened. It is starting to erode my lawn, which is slowly sliding into the street, and I am worried it will kill the apple tree. In the winter it becomes a huge ice slick when it's really cold.

The condition of the upper part of Leonard St. is partly icy and partly covered with large pools of water that suggest that drainage is not happening as it needs to. This is in contrast to the end of the street closest to North Avenue. If not addressed, it’s going to be terrible when temps drop later tonight.

The new speed table in front of the school has a critical civil engineering failure in that it does not include anywhere for water to pass. As a result, there is now a large puddle and icy hazard where children are dropped off in the morning. Please cut it back on the sides to allow proper drainage.
