Moore Ct & Moore Dr Burlington, VT, 05408, USA - Burlington ElectricThe DPW added slope down sidewalks to both corners of MOORE Court. They also placed grass and then a blanket of grass and hay over it. They did a nice job however, your disrespectful sidewalk plow who also ripped up many lawns on our street came down through and took out a good portion of the freshly laid grass and cover placed by DPW. Sounds like you need to have a staff meeting every day with the sidewalk plovers. They’re very sloppy. They don’t seem to have any respect for or take care of what they are doing!!

158 N Willard St Burlington, Vermont, 05401 - Burlington Electric
I request the city staff acknowledge their is no enforceable lot coverage violation in this area, conistent with their application of of zoning standards in the adjacent and contiguous portion of this gravel on 164 north Willard street. I request that both properties are required to document this gravel on their site plans.
This gravel is at 158 north Willard street. The department of permitting and inspections have closed prior issues about this topic many time previously. However their reasoning is mistaken. This is not duplicate of a parking matter. This is a gravel and lot coverage submission, not a parking issue. This is about 158 North Willard street not 164 North Willard St which is where the city is claiming duplication. It’s about lot coverage and accurately documenting that lot coverage.
This lot coverage is not properly documented in a site plan. This issue is about establishing the permanent record of the actions of city staff for when the city decides they want to document this area accurately.
This non conformity spans 2 properties, but the city has halted its application of zoning standards at a boundary line. Ted Miles, Scott Gustin and Kimberlee Sturtevant have actually applied a zoning standard that does not exist in the CDO on another portion of this non conformity at the request of prior owners of 158 North Willard St. This this gravel has existed for more than 15 years. The city has investigated this area and not issued a violation about the lot coverage.
We know that there is no enforceable violation here. All that is left is for the city to require accurate documentation of this area…which is a standard required of every property owner in Burlington.
