    Reported this house before and got told the case was closed because the problem was fixed It has not been Here is pictures of the "fixed" house from today It's actually worse than the first time I reported it I feel bad for the neighbors that live next door You can't even walk on the sidewalk by this house

    At N G St Apts Tacoma Housing Authority is not taking proper care of it. This is where disabled senior citizens, elderly & other disabled live with no management here to supervise or oversee what is happening. Three residents have died in the same apt in the last 15 months. At least 5 residents have been found dead in their apts. Many more who have lived here have died since 2019. This latest death was not found for 7-10 days. A rotting corpse next door to other residents. One resident asked THA to check on a bad smell coming from the apt nextdoor but THA management refused to do that even though a stench was coming from that apt. This is a small bldg with poor ventilation and that stench could be toxic to the air system affecting other residents. There is constant toxic cigarette smoke. Smoking is illegal in this building but management won't do anything about it. They don't even follow their own housing rules or HUD housing rules to ensure safe air for residents to breathe. Can someone help do something about this?

    I'm wanting an inspection by the city to verify that my building is even safe to occupy. there are water leaks seeping through the building into the basement and then through the asphalt there's leaks all over the building. the walls are crumbling. the stairwell is broken with the handle bent everything is just completely decrepit and crumbling and not even up to code with ADA either (see handicap parking) I've been here two years and it's done nothing but degrade they don't even hire professionals to make repair I'm genuinely concerned about an imminent collapse, even if just partial. I've tried making the request to them but now I am being retaliated against

    8435 Tacoma Ave S, Tacoma Wa 98444 has been a nuisance for well over a year now. This property has been condemned by the city and is bank foreclosure. Jacob Macdonald is and has been having severe mental issues and Drug problems. He is running a gas generator to power this house because he has no utility services. The neighbors are fed up with the generator noise and the death threats coming from Jacob Macdonald. The police have been contacted numerous times because of his dangerous erratic behavior. There is garbage everywhere, the property reeks of human waste and filth. There are rats and vermin coming from the property.

    This building on S Pine St, locally known as the Alexander Building, has been vacant for several years now. This property is becoming more than just a general nuisance to the neighboring area. Warming fires, drug use, human waste, and theft are some of the issues we are facing from the transients that reside here. Of course, the next step is that the transients will gain access inside the building. Please contact the owners for clean up and to secure the building and property.
