Tehachapi Park - CoronaThe locks on the two bathrooms were changed to programmable so they could be locked and unlocked remotely or on a schedule, however the locks never lock and the bathrooms are both open 24/7. Earlier this week, a homeless man who frequents the park was observed going into the left bathroom and coming out briefly 30 minutes later, lit something to smoke that smelled unusual and returned into the bathroom and stayed there. The park is situated within a residential housing tract and unlocked bathrooms 24/7 may create unsafe situations. Thank you. -
