This pile of furniture is growing neighbors walking have now covered with tarps it’s been out on curb for over 3 weeks and the renters keep adding furniture under tarp

The resident has let their weeds and grass grow up around the artificial grass. The weeds are getting tall along the street side of the sidewalk on the tree burn all the way back to the alley entrance. I think maybe because they have artificial grass they aren't tuned in to keeping the side yard weeds pulled as well as the weeds growing up along the artificial grass.

Dry grass and weeds. Fire danger. Also, not able to see when driving around this corner, especially if there is a car coming from the other direction or parked on the road.

Abandon swimming pool, growing algae.
Can and will be a hazard to neighboring community with upcoming summer heat and attract growing mosquitoes.

This truck multiple times a week either park in the red zone or even worse drives up the ADA ramp over the curb and parks on the grass in front of their location. This is routinely viewed 2 to 3 mornings per week.
