On upper behind said address sprinkler valve dont turn off all the way heads leaking on to sidewalk causing a slip and fall

I have noticed this problem for a long time now and have mentioned it to at least 3 or 4 different maintenance people who say it's being taken care of but it's been ove2 years I've noticed it walking by it every morning with my dogs. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen if somebody splits their head open (or worse) falling into this.

Ok when crew came to remove broken light pole they made ruts in the over watered turf while working on removal. Please fill and GRADE out the ruts and adjust the watering
