Very dangerous conditions in the playground area. The rubber safety pads are disintegrating in many spots.

This is not at the house. This is in the parkway/Greenbelt behind the house. You can see there are physically broken, sprinklers, and areas of the grass that are dying due to lack of watering pressure related to the broken sprinklers. The sprinklers in the zone need to be checked.

Damage to concrete edging along walkway. There was a tree there as you can tell previously that lifted the concrete trees been removed. Roots are still under the concrete and Is a trip hazard.

Almost all park lamps in playground are out. Please kindly replace them soy kids can enjoy the playground in the evening.

This the 3rd request. You keep closing it saying fixed when it isnt. Water is still leaking from the park and down the hill via the gutter. It is slimy from years if leaking and not being fixed. Waste of resources and safety hazard when crossing the street at Ridgeline and Redberry due to the pooled water. Ive slipped in it and next step is my lawyer if this isnt resolved permanently.

This is in the park not at the address because you cannot drop a pin in the park if you look this is a clear full-size truck tire the gardeners continue to drive through the park when the ground is wet and tear up the grass this is a multiple places in this park and where they drive over the curb. It has been reported multiple times before and also shared with Justin Tucker yet it continues to be an ongoing issue. The Gardner should be paying to make these repairs not the city.
