I am writing to formally notify you of a hazardous tree located at 758 Beverly Rd, Corona, CA 92879. This tree poses a serious risk to public safety, and despite prior notifications, it has not yet been removed.

Please be advised that if this tree is not promptly removed and an injury or property damage occurs as a result, we will pursue all available legal remedies against the City of Corona for negligence.

I urge your department to take immediate action to mitigate this clear and present danger. Please confirm receipt of this notice and advise on the timeline for resolution.

Excessively overgrown trees

This is on upper behind the Home and it is on the north side. I will add a white flag to it as you can see the sprinkler is broken and if you look further down the hole next to the sprinkler top, you can see where it has been sheared.

We are the owners of Terrano Apts (REXCO) and wanted to let you know that the wooden fencing along Dos Lagos Drive, on the side of Dos Lagos/Terrano Apts is falling down. The wooden pieces that connect to the wooden posts are falling off and no longer connected. This is on I'd say 6+ spots on the fence. Please repair as it's falling into the landscaping. City tree on Esperanza appears to be sinking recently and nearby new sidewalk also appears to be sinking.

There is a leak that is coming from the wall around a housing development and going across the sidewalk into the parkway and it has gotten slippery and moldy. It is on Kellogg just north of Santana Way.
