Hello, this is a previously entered ticket that was closed prematurely before being resolved. The response to my last ticket was that the train needs to be shut off to be able to remove the graffiti which doesn't make any sense because it's on a building beside the train tracks and on the opposite side of the street there was the same graffiti on a different building with the same proximity to the tracks that was removed via another ticket without needing any type of train to be shut off. The look of this graffiti is really deteriorating the city and as a homeowner near this area it's imperative that this is cleaned up and not tolerated for longer than necessary. Thank you in advance.
