    This house consistently blocks the sidewalk with cones. They have three LARGE AGGRESSIVE dogs that can easily jump over the fence. The owners know this and that is why they put cones out when their dog are unsupervised in the front yard. When standing, the dogs front legs go well over the fence. Corona code 6.14.060 states must keep the dog indoors or in a securely fenced yard from which the dog cannot escape and into which children cannot trespass. These dogs can easily escape. I want to be able to walk my children safely on the sidewalk without fear of being attacked, scared or needing to walk in the street to be protected.

    Residential entrance gate into a private commercial property (back of Ralph's Grocery Store).
    This needs to be removed & a brick wall put in its place.
    There is a mentally disturbed Mexican man that terrorizes females in the shopping center & he lives at this residence & I've seen him enter & exit thru this gate. At one point the shopping center property management had a restraining order placed against this man.
    Why is the City allowing him such easy access to harass the women of SDO?
    There's no way this gate was permitted!
    Please take action ASAP!
