Brown Mercedes suv has been parked there since Thursday without being moved

Box truck has been parked here for several weeks with expired tags, and blue truck blocking driveway. Homeowner needs to be cited in vehicle vehicles towed. This homeowner has turned this corner into his personal parking lot. You can tell by all the orange marks on the street for other vehicles with prior violations.

Parked car had not been moved in over 3 weeks.

There are no trees on Trovita at all These are the original investors in Corona And the street is barren Aren’t trees required by City Ordinance?

Standing water and mud across sidewalk remains a slupping hazard, particularly when walking at night. Water runoff from sprinklers needs to be addressed.

City-maintained tree collapses.

Tree needs trimmed and inspected for blight.

The tree is dead. We would like the tree to be replaced with the same type of tree. Also, we have rocks and sprinklers around the tree and need to remove them before the tree is planted. We would like to be home when the tree is planted. Please contact us @ 714-552-0041 Thank you.

Hello, We have a water leak which has been determined to be on owner side of valve. City Technician was here 1/21/26 and found city tree as cause of leak, as well as much other damage to parkway, street & sidewalk. We have asked for this tree to be looked at a few times, 15874113, 19438602 & 20534354. One tree was removed, this one was denied. This tree & it's roots, have destroyed the grass, sprinkler system, and now broke the main line to our home. They produce thousands of acorns that crows shake from the tree, then carry them up to our tile roof to try and break them open, damaging our tile roof. About 1/3 to 1/2 of the trees on our block have been removed for the same issues. This tree & roots need to be removed before any repairs can be done. We are completely happy to finish the job by making the parkway look nice again as other neighbors have done as shown in pictures. I have recently received warning notices from the city to repair our parkways. However, spending any money or time to repair, when the tree & it's root's continue to destroy the area is pointless. Please approve removal of this tree so we can get our home's curb appeal back to presentable. Thank You, Mark Richards
