The trees that were planted along both sides of the street between the street and the sidewalk were initially planted without adequate irrigation The irrigation was not properly installed As a result the trees began to die and as a result local residents began providing water to them by hand in an effort to prevent them from dying This little old lady comes out every morning and waters them by hand as you can see in the attached video clips Whoever was responsible for verifying the irrigation was properly installed did not do their job A nobody ever checked on this situation to follow up Shame on you for being lazy and not doing your jobs!

Broken Sprinkler Pipe / Water Waste

Tree died had removed. Stump needs removed and new tree needs planted. FYI, additional roots need removed as my is handicapped and want to make sure area is ADA compliant. Just like you did on the others side of the property.

several weeks ago the landscaper added plants to the slope along trailside cir. not sure if they are coming back to add more. if they aren't planning to please have them come back and add more. there is a big area of just dirt where no plants were added. also it doesn't look like many sprinklers are working along the trailside slope. can somebody be sent to check them out. thank you

As you can see from the photo it’s 1130. This has been like this since last night when I walked through this morning it’s over 80°. This is still wet so this tells me that something is going on with the sprinkler system because the dirt closest to the street is dry, but this area right in front is soaking wet. Please note that the gardeners did come through today as you can see from the photos and I’m not sure that they reported this, but this has been like this for the past few days. Please also know this is not zone 19 this is zone 20.
