This is behind the house is not at the house. This is the park area behind Mountain gate Park. You can see the grass has been dying for some time. This was reported two months ago and closed and never addressed.

Park exercise equipment for example, this elliptical glider, needs service. The bracket holding one of the sides is broken and hangs. This is a popular piece in Lincoln park. The playground also is in need of service, repair and replacements. Bolts holding many key play area parts are loose or missing causing kids play to be feminized or dangerous. Swings are missing also. The playground could really use a cleaning with a blower once in a while.

Water pipe leaking at the park. .

The new batting cage near the playground is a safety issue. hard baseballs are landing within 10 ft of the playground. every time a ball gets hit and you hear the sound you have to look up to see if the ball is going to land on the playground. I was very nervous for the safety of the children that were playing in the park. there was already a batting cage on the other side of the park and that was plenty. I don't think it was necessary to put one on this side near the playground, they were grown men hitting balls and the balls were coming really close. I believe this is a public safety issue

Quick leaking water fountain. Water from the bottle filler is leaking pretty bad
