RESIDENTS MOVED OUT AND OWNER IS THROWING MIXED TRASH AND DEBRIS OUT THE SIDE WINDOWS OF VACANT HOUSE ONTO THE LOT GOING TOWARDS MCGRAW.

Household cleanout.

lots of local residents are illegally dumping at the business dumpster. the business is being charged overage due to this. please help. we have recorded proof of these residents along with a sign posted on the dumpster.

I'm trying to get as close to the area as possible because there's no houses on this block this debris is sitting here it's been there for a couple of months now it's on minock Street between schoolcraft and acacia on the left hand side if you turn on to Minoc from schoolcraft.
