This might be the tenth report or so since he bought the house over the summer (he also began flipping without proper permits, I’m not sure the deck that was built in the back is up to code). The police have been called on him for illegally taking down a neighbor’s fence. He does not respond well to neighbors requesting resolution and the sidewalk is constantly filled with glass, insulation (probably decades old and an environmental hazard) and food which also has attracted rodents. -
