Waste has sitting at the curb for over 2 weeks. Cars has been parking on the street next to driveway, making it difficult getting in and out of my driveway.

My mom lives next door to this house with the white vents and the rats are running in her yard. She cannot go outside. She's afraid of breath. From landbanks, he can get away with all that garbage back there and all those cars had been parked. In that lot, there's a whole street.
