The owner does not do any maintenance on the exterior of the property. The grass is very high in the backyard, and neighbors who were cutting the front yard, have all basically stopped. The front yard grass is tall. The owner(s) for another year have failed to provide minimum maintenance like shoveling the walkway to clear snow to prevent ice, and cutting the grass regularly. The property is already in need of repair and upkeep and with the grass also tall, it appears to be an eye sore. Can someone please contact the owner(s) and inquire what if anything they will do to cut the grass and trees in the backyard. Thank you.
