Boat filled with trash was dumped in the backyard some time ago. My son's car was placed in the driveway to stop other things from bring dumped back there. There is an excessive overgrowth of grass and weeds along with lots of trash. These things cause lots of rodents to be on our block.

Old Furniture (couches) dumped on a vacant lot.

Dumped yard waste on the side of the house which is located on Lasalle.

My neighbors across the street has been putting their trash and recycling bins on my side of the street by my home. Their garage smell’s very offensive because they put human feces in it. It attracts maggots, rodents and stray animals. When the bins overflow the trash is blown directly onto my property that I am having to remove almost daily. I had asked them to compromise to no avail. I’ve also took the courtesy of moving their bin to their side if the street twice and they move them back. Their bins is also blocking sewage drain and preventing the grass from being cut. Per the City of Detroit, bins should be stored in the rear of the home or placed where they will not offend neighbors. Please help I am becoming very frustrated, as I like to keep my property well maintained.
