Move in to this house not so long ago and the whole alleyway has trash and dirty and random stuff. Front, back and next door neighbors throw trash in the alley.

Illegal dump on 3/14

Previously reported on 11/12/2024 - Issue closed on 11/20/2024.

Trash is still on-site as nothing has been cleaned up. 4 months have passed since reported and being told it will be taken care of.

More trash has been added to this location. Detroit Land Bank Property. The City needs to keep these vacant lots clean, or at least clean them once they are reported.

In the alley of the plaza mercado, trash over the alley , trash is getting into my yard. And a lot of rats 🐀

GARAGE BEING TORN DOWN AND DUMPED ON VACANT LOT NEXT DOOR

The occupants are using my parents house as a dumping site. There is trash all in the street all on the side of my parents house the trash on the street blows over to my 83 year old dad who has to clean it up. My dad have asked him constantly to get the trash out, but yet it returns back. This has been a consistent issue for 4 years! I’ve been making calls and complaints to the City Of Detroit awaiting a court date. My parents have been here in their home for almost 60 years and never had to deal with anything like this! my mom is handicap. I have nurses coming in and out of the home and also state workers. They are complaining about the trash and the smell of feces. I’ve already made one report of witnessing them throwing human waste and urine out the side door of the home. This is too much for my elderly parents to be dealing with.
