The owner intentionally leaves them across from their home (on the no-parking side of the street) at 2659 Webb. The owner of 2660 Webb refuses to remove these two containers despite being asked several times by the block club and their neighbors. They have been on the street since January 2025. City ordinance prevents storing containers on the berm or the front yards, and requires that containers be removed by 9pm on the day of collection. Please take action as this has also been called in to the city numerous times. -

I contacted city council woman over Dist 2 a few years ago and it is in worse condition. The is a dead body smell coming now.
A dumped mattress has been on the side of the road for 2 years. We aren't even talking about the dumping in the cul - du - sac. Rats are killing cats!
Most of my children moved away from the city of Detroit because no one in charge care about this neighborhood.
Cleanup is a temporary fix!!! Erect fences and put cameras back up. When we turn in license plates, pursue them and ticket them!
The city has fined businesses and made them clean up, why can't the city do the same? Living in these conditions is like living in a third world country.

Residents of the Millender Center use this grass for their dogs. Now that snow has melted there is 50 piles (not exaggerating) of dog @#$% all over the grass.
