    There is an ongoing multi-year issue with snow removal on the south side of Hancock between Avery and Commonwealth along with other adjacent sites of the same owner. These are market rate rental units that receive no snow removal on the public sidewalk. This includes the three most recent snow events. This stretch of sidewalk gets very little sun due to the adjacent buildings height. People pay more in rent for a walkable neighborhood yet the one collecting that premium is not supporting that specific cause.
